Shipping & Delivery
- We offer delivery of our products across the globe. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so you must provide a full street address with postal code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.
- Our courier partners (DHL, FedEx, TNT, Aramex etc.) will drop your shipment either at your door or leave a card if you are not available.
- Usually shipping partners attempt deliveries 2–3 times, but if you are unreachable, you must contact them to reschedule delivery.
- Residential shipments to the USA & some other countries may be left at your door if no one is available.
- We do not ship products on Sundays and public holidays in India as our logistics partners do not pick up orders on these days.
- If an order returns to us due to incomplete/wrong address, we are not responsible, and no refunds will be provided.
Shipping Cost
- Shipping cost is based on product weight and delivery location. Product weight is available on its detail page.
- We offer free shipping within India.
Shipment and Tracking Details
- You will receive an email confirming shipment once items are handed over to the courier company. This email will contain tracking number and courier website details.
- Tracking numbers may take around 24 business hours to become active on courier websites.
Transit Time
If you have ordered two or more items, they may be shipped separately for security or availability reasons. Hence, you may receive more than one delivery at different times.
Change of Address Requests
No changes can be made once an order is placed. However, address change requests are accepted within 24 hours of order placement via email or phone call.
Order to Multiple Addresses
Currently, shipping to multiple addresses in a single order is not available. Place separate orders for different addresses.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Some couriers charge a penalty for incorrect delivery addresses where the address and zip code do not match. Such penalties are the customer’s responsibility. In case of reshipment, the customer must bear reshipping costs.
VAT & Custom Duties
- VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are beyond our control and must be paid directly by the buyer.
- International customers are responsible for customs/duty fees as per their country’s regulations.
- Couriers may also charge additional service charges over and above customs duty on a case-to-case basis.
What if Any Delays
- Shipping times mentioned on our website are approximate. Delays may occur due to situations beyond our control. No refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will be entertained for delays.
- If there is an unusual delay or an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email.
- Delivery dates are approximate. We are not liable for delays. Orders may be delivered in parts, and refunds may be offered for unfulfilled parts.
