Refunds & Cancellations
Nandini Saree Ghar is responsible for what we sell. At Nandini Saree Ghar, we always strive to keep up with the competition when it comes to the quality of our offerings. We make sure that the best quality product or service is delivered to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the delivered products, you can contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and request a refund or exchange.
Please note that slight variations in color may occur, which should be kept in mind while placing an order. In case you are not satisfied, you may still request a refund or an exchange. Exchange and refund policies are subject to the terms and conditions explained below:
Important Conditions
- Orders of stitched products cannot be canceled and are not covered by the return policy. Stitched items are neither accepted nor replaced.
- Refund or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of product delivery. Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.
- Refunds are not applicable on:
- Customs duties, if any
- Taxes (depending on shipping location/country)
- VAT (if applicable)
- Cases where the customer simply does not like the product
- Goods must be in their original packaging, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and sent with the invoice & sales reference number.
- The package must clearly mention your name, address, contact details, and order number.
- The customer must specify whether they want a refund or exchange inside the package.
- All goods will be inspected by our Quality Control Team. Only unused, unworn, and tagged products with invoice will be accepted.
- Refunds are only accepted if:
- Wrong products were delivered
- Products are faulty as accepted by us
Refund Process
- Refunds will be credited back to the original Bank / PayPal account after deducting a 10% administration/credit card fee. (Processing time: 4–5 business days).
- If the refund is issued as a gift card / discount voucher / credit note, no charges will be deducted.
- Refunds will not be processed for orders placed with promotional offers. The amount will be given as store credit.
- If free gifts or free shipping were availed, their respective costs will be deducted before issuing a refund.
- For non-defective goods, customers must bear shipping and postage charges.
Exceptions
We do not accept stitched or altered products for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
