Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern, and look of a product, alterations may be required at your end.

Recommendations to Avoid Errors

  • Buy unstitched items and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique.
  • Try to choose “as shown” options to minimize errors.
  • Choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart, as the risk is higher in customization.
  • Send your best fitting garment as a sample.
  • Please note: We are not accepting any returns for stitched/customized clothing.

Product Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item

On receipt, if the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered, immediately verify the product against the invoice before accepting the package from the courier. In case of discrepancy:

  • Refuse to accept delivery OR accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery.
  • Lodge a complaint with the local office of the courier agency.

In case of damaged product, manufacturing defect, or wrong product, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@nandinisareeghar.com.

Retain all packaging materials until you receive instructions from Nandini Saree Ghar. Do NOT return any product before receiving confirmation from us. Products returned without confirmation will not be eligible for credit or replacement.

Return Instructions

  • All defective products must be returned only through registered airmail/courier.
  • Customer bears all shipping costs for returning defective products beyond original shipping charges.
  • Returns must include a copy of invoice, original packing, and product in original condition.
  • Products must be sent back within 10 working days from confirmation.
  • Mark the package clearly as “DEFECTIVE RETURNS”.

If the error occurred due to customer measurements or details, Nandini Saree Ghar will make modifications/alterations at the customer’s cost. If original fabric is unavailable, plain fabric of the same color may be used, the cost of which will also be borne by the customer.

Please note: Stitched and Made-to-Order Goods are not covered in the Return Policy and are not accepted for returns or replacement.

Order Cancellations by Customer

If we receive a cancellation notice within 48 hours of placing the order and the order has not been processed, we will cancel the order and refund the amount after deducting 10% as admin fees. Orders already processed cannot be canceled. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Nandini Saree Ghar regarding cancellations.

Final Notes

We accept returns only if the product has a manufacturing defect or is not as described on the product detail page. For defective items, we will send a replacement of the same design.
